Cachet Ladies operates strictly as an introduction service. We facilitate introductions between consenting adults. The fee charged is for the companion's time and social companionship only. Any arrangements, activities, or understandings that may occur between the client and the companion are a matter of personal choice between those consenting adults and are not within the scope of our service.
All companions represented by Cachet Ladies are independent adults who choose to work with our agency of their own free will. No individual is coerced, trafficked, or compelled to provide any service. We are proud to operate in full compliance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada.
We have implemented comprehensive safety measures to protect our companions at every stage of every appointment.
Every new client undergoes a screening process before any introduction is arranged. We verify identification and contact information to ensure the safety of our companions. Repeat offenders from other agencies are cross-referenced.
Our companions check in with our dispatch team at the beginning, during, and at the conclusion of every appointment. If a check-in is missed, our team immediately initiates safety protocols.
Cachet Ladies provides personal drivers for all companions attending outcall appointments. This ensures safe transportation to and from every engagement and provides an additional layer of security.
All appointments require a verified hotel name and room number, or a verified residential address. Our team confirms these details prior to dispatch. Anonymous or unverifiable locations are not accepted.
We maintain a comprehensive, permanent ban list. Any client who exhibits disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour is permanently banned. Ban information is shared with partner agencies across Toronto.
All booking details, client information, and companion communications are handled through encrypted channels. We do not store unnecessary personal data and adhere to strict data minimization principles.
We value our client relationships deeply, but the safety of our companions is of the utmost importance. These expectations are non-negotiable.
Any violation of the above conduct expectations will result in the immediate termination of the appointment and a permanent, irreversible ban from Cachet Ladies and our partner agencies. We do not issue warnings. The safety of our companions is not negotiable.
Cachet Ladies operates within the full legal framework of Canadian and Ontario law.
We operate in compliance with the Protection of Communities and Exploited Persons Act (PCEPA) and all relevant provisions of the Criminal Code of Canada. Our service model as an introduction agency is structured to comply with all federal regulations.
We adhere to all provincial regulations governing companion and introduction services in Ontario. Our business licensing, taxation, and operational procedures meet all provincial requirements. We follow guidelines set by the Escort Safety Council of Ontario.
